A New Resource for Small Biz!

Welcome to the Small Biz Network and Grow blog! Here you'll find ideas, tips and resources that just might help you grow your business. More than new ideas, this is an opportunity to think of things a little differently; find new angles and approaches, and explore free and affordable resources.

For example.....

Have you heard of the SBDC? This is the Small Business Development Center, a resource funded by our tax dollars and grant monies. Offices are located throughout the country, and are staffed by business professionals. They are there to provide free or very low cost business advice and counseling to small businesses, especially during their growth. Small business isn't just the one person start up. You can have many employees and millions of dollars in worth, and still be eligible for their services. Some work with other governmental programs to help you get women and minority owned business status, or help you apply for governmental contracts or get started in international export. Their website also holds a wealth of information. They offer unbiased, non-commercial, straightforward help, and much of their service, especially their business counseling services, are free. Check them out!!!!
